These terms set out the rules that govern the use of the imgpix service. They matter because they establish the rights and obligations of both parties, explain the permissions the user grants when subscribing, and define the legal framework of the relationship. Read them carefully alongside the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy.
1. Introduction and service provider details
The website https://imgpix.io (hereinafter the "Site") is owned by AI Solutions Apps S.L. (hereinafter "imgpix"), a company incorporated under Spanish law, with registered address at C/ creueta, 20, 08870 Sitges, Barcelona, España, and tax ID ESB22852297.
Through the Site, imgpix provides the user with a set of online tools for image processing, and allows the user to subscribe to gain full access to the service.
2. Purpose and scope
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy, constitute the legal framework governing the use of the Site. They are permanently available, in the languages published, so they can be consulted, archived or printed at any time.
The text complies with applicable law, including:
- Spanish Act 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR).
For any data-processing matter, refer to the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy.
3. Access to the Site and acceptance
Access to the Site is free, except for the cost of the user's own internet connection. Registration is not required to browse or to try the tools with the free guest allowance; registration and a subscription are required only to access the full service and download the processed results.
Using the Site grants the visitor the status of user and implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy. The user undertakes not to use the service for unlawful purposes.
By accessing the Site, the user declares under their own responsibility that they are of legal age and have the legal capacity required to enter into this contract.
By legal obligation, imgpix keeps the electronic documents that formalise purchases. A copy may be requested at any time via support@imgpix.io.
4. User obligations
The user agrees to use the Site in accordance with these terms, applicable law and good faith. They will be liable towards imgpix and third parties for any damage arising from use contrary to those guidelines.
In particular, the user undertakes not to upload images for which they lack sufficient rights (authorship or licence), nor images with unlawful content (material protected by third-party image rights without consent, child sexual material, hate content, etc.). imgpix does not inspect uploaded content but reserves the right to suspend the account and cooperate with the authorities in case of a substantiated complaint or manifestly unlawful activity.
5. Service description
Through the service, imgpix offers a set of online tools to process images:
- Compression without visible quality loss.
- Resize in pixels or percent.
- Crop to a custom area or aspect ratio.
- Rotate and flip images at any angle.
- Format conversion to JPG and from JPG to PNG, WebP or AVIF.
- AI upscale up to 4×.
- AI watermark removal.
- Add watermarks with text or image layers.
The contract language will be that of the user's country of origin. The usage flow is:
- Upload an image to the Site (also possible without registration, with a limited guest allowance).
- Select the tool and parameters from the editor.
- Process the image and preview the result.
- To download the result, register on the Site and subscribe in the Pricing section.
- After purchase, the user has access to a dashboard with:
- Section to manage processed images.
- Subscription and billing section to view invoices, change payment method or cancel.
- My account section to edit profile and preferences.
- Email confirmation after subscribing with: contracted service, how to cancel, amount, taxes, payment method and applicable terms.
5.1. Subscription and image retention
The subscription varies according to the chosen plan and renews automatically for the same period until cancelled. While not cancelled, the user authorises imgpix to charge the corresponding amount to the payment method on file.
The user can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the current billing period. To the extent permitted by law, payments are non-refundable and no refunds are issued for partial subscription periods (except for the right of withdrawal described in section 8).
Uploaded image retention policy:
- Guest user (not registered): images are deleted 24 hours after upload.
- Trial subscription: images are deleted 24 hours after upload.
- Active subscription: images are kept for as long as the subscription is in force.
- After cancelling the subscription: images are kept for the remaining billing period plus an additional 24-hour grace window, after which they are permanently deleted.
The user is responsible for downloading and storing locally any images they want to keep before the indicated deadlines. imgpix does not guarantee recovery of images deleted under this policy.
6. Prices and taxes
Prices are displayed in euros (€) or in the currency of the country from which the purchase is made. They include VAT in force at the time of payment.
The transaction may be exempt or not subject to VAT depending on the country of residence or the user's status. For that reason, the final price shown at checkout may differ from the one published.
Users exempt from VAT must notify us by sending their NIF/VAT to support@imgpix.io, in which case invoices will be issued without that tax.
7. Payment method
Online payment is made by credit or debit card through a secure payment gateway that uses SSL encryption to protect data transmission. imgpix never stores the user's card data.
8. Right of withdrawal and refunds
8.1. Right of withdrawal
The user is entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the subscription date, without needing to justify their decision. To exercise it, they must contact our support team through the official channels.
8.2. Refunds
The user may request a refund of the amounts paid within the 14 calendar days following subscription, in accordance with the returns policy and applicable law. Once processed and accepted, access to the service ends effectively.
The contracted service is personal and non-transferable and may not be assigned to third parties.
If a refund is not requested within the stated period, the user retains the right of use until the end of the contracted period.
9. Validity of the offer
Services and prices are available while listed in the Site's catalogue. imgpix reserves the right to modify plans, features and prices at any time based on market conditions, without prior notice.
Despite efforts to keep prices up to date, the Site may contain occasional errors, which will be corrected diligently. No published error will be binding.
10. Security
The entire purchase process, the transmission of personal data and payments take place over secure pages encrypted with SSL.
imgpix applies the appropriate technical measures according to the state of the art, though it cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of an incident, it commits to implementing corrections with the utmost diligence.
The user agrees to notify support@imgpix.io immediately of any sign of impersonation or unauthorised access to their account.
11. Modifications and severability
imgpix may update these terms as well as the service's features. Material changes will be communicated via a prominent notice on the Site and/or by email.
If any clause is declared null or ineffective, in whole or in part, that declaration will affect only the relevant part, the rest remaining in force.
12. Claims and governing law
The service is governed, as far as possible, by the laws of España.
To facilitate dispute resolution and reduce costs, submission to equity arbitration before the Arbitration Tribunal of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry is not ruled out.

13. Intellectual and industrial property
The Site and its contents are protected by national and international intellectual and industrial property law. imgpix is the owner or licensee of all relevant rights.
Any reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or commercial or non-commercial exploitation of the Site and its contents without prior written authorisation from imgpix is expressly prohibited.
It is forbidden to remove ownership notices. Access to the Site does not entail any transfer of rights over its contents.
Images uploaded by the user: the user retains ownership of the images they upload. imgpix only processes those images to provide the requested service (compression, resize, etc.) and does not use them for any other purpose nor transfer them to third parties (except to the technical services strictly necessary for processing — see Privacy Policy).
14. Liability and warranties
The user must use the Site appropriately. Any use contrary to these terms, the law, morality or public order is expressly prohibited.
Since service availability also depends on third-party providers, imgpix does not guarantee the absolute absence of interruptions, errors or unavailability. In no event will it be liable for damages arising from causes beyond its control (natural disasters, force majeure, viruses, network outages, computer intrusions or third-party attacks).
15. Links
Third parties that link to the Site must clearly state that the link does not imply authorisation or association with imgpix. The link must point directly to the Site's main page, without frames or content reformulation.
It is forbidden to link to the Site from pages with unlawful, pornographic content or content contrary to human dignity.
The Site may contain links to third parties; imgpix lacks the means to supervise that content and is not responsible for it.
16. Data protection
In accordance with its Privacy Policy, imgpix undertakes to use users' data while respecting confidentiality and the declared purpose of the processing, applying reasonable technical and organisational measures against alteration, loss or unauthorised access.

17. Duration and modification
These terms remain in force while displayed to users. imgpix reserves the right to modify them. Changes will be announced on the main page so they can be consulted in advance.
18. General provisions
imgpix's failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of it. Headings are merely informational and do not affect interpretation.
In case of partial nullity or inapplicability of any clause, the rest of the text remains in force. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy, are governed by the laws in force in España.
